Project Worker Community Education and Arts Centre, Banbury, Oxon.
1987-1998 MANAGER
of ‘Open House’, a Mental Health Resource Centre in the East End of London,
funded by MIND in Tower Hamlets, linking art and mental health. Coordinated
raising money for and the building of a million pound centre including café
,studios, workshops and drop-in facilities. Set up and managed a team of twelve
permanent staff and thirty sessional workers. Set up a residency based at the
centre with the Whitechapel Gallery.
